Terms of Service

1. Rental Agreement

By booking a roll-off dumpster from Peak Performance Rolloffs LLC, the customer agrees to provide safe, unobstructed access for our delivery and retrieval vehicles at the designated Phoenix property.

2. Weight Limits & Prohibited Materials

Each container size includes a designated weight allowance. Excess tonnage and disposal of prohibited hazardous items (paint, freon, batteries, chemicals, tires) will incur municipal disposal surcharges.

3. Driveway Protection & Placement

We deploy Peak Guard™ protective wood buffers on all deliveries. The customer is responsible for ensuring placement locations comply with local HOA rules or municipal right-of-way permits.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed under the laws of the State of Arizona and Maricopa County.
